Wouldn't help, the problem lies within the wiki structure in it self. Too democratic.

The problem is that their rating system is too easily abused rather than too democratic. IP addresses can be changed so if you really want to, you can have more than one pvx account. Not to mention that you can always get your friends to help you vote up/down a build to attempt to take control of the process. The system is far from fool proof.

On the bright side, that build is now in the 'Good' section after some intervention.
